Refreshing Non-Alcoholic Coconut Mojito
Ingredients
- 1/2 organic lime
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 10 mint leaves
- 40 ml non-alcoholic rum alternative (optional, e.g., Captain Morgan Spiced Gold 0.0%)
- 30 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml tonic water (or alternatively soda or sparkling water)
- small ice cubes or crushed ice to fill the glass
- mint for garnishing
Preparation
Wash the lime well, halve it, and cut the used half into four pieces. Place the pieces in a glass and sprinkle the sugar over them.
Add the mint leaves and muddle them with a muddler.
Pour the rum over it if using; it can also be done without.
Add the coconut milk and stir with a bar spoon.
Add crushed ice to the glass, filling only up to about 2/3.
Top with tonic water and stir again with a long spoon.
Serve garnished with mint.
