Double Chocolate Chip Tahini Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 mashed ripe banana (about 140g)
- 2 large eggs
- 55g (1/4 cup) tahini
- 55g (1/4 cup) @sweetfreedomuk fruit syrup or syrup of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20g (1/4 cup) ground almonds
- 25g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
- 20g (1/4 cup) coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 35g (1/4 cup) @before.chocolate chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Spoon the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper cases or greased
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack
