Double Chocolate Chip Tahini Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed ripe banana (about 140g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 55g (1/4 cup) tahini
  • 55g (1/4 cup) @sweetfreedomuk fruit syrup or syrup of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20g (1/4 cup) ground almonds
  • 25g (1/4 cup) cocoa powder
  • 20g (1/4 cup) coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 35g (1/4 cup) @before.chocolate chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

  3. Spoon the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper cases or greased

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack
