Easy Banana Muffins with Wheat Flour
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 3/4 cup Oil
- 1/4 cup curd
- 3/4 cup Jaggery or sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts
- 1.5 tablespoons Baking powder
- 1/4 tablespoon Baking soda
- 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Mash the bananas and mix all the ingredients using the cut and fold method. If the batter is thick, add up to 1/2 cup lukewarm milk.
Preheat the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
If you do not have silicon cups, apply a little oil to small bowls and pour the mixture into them.
Bake in the pressure cooker for 20-25 minutes; your muffins are ready.
For small pressure cookers, use a double decker method by inverting a plate and arranging the muffins on top to fit more.
