Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 3/4th oil
  • 1/4th cup curd
  • 3/4 cup jaggery/sugar
  • 1/4th cup crushed nuts
  • 1.5 tbs baking powder
  • 1/4th tbs baking soda
  • 1.5 tbs cacoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

  1. Mash banana and all the ingredients as shown and mix it in cut n fold method..If you feel your batter is thick add around half cup of lukewarm milk

  2. Pre- heat the pressure cooker for 10 mins

  3. I have silicon cups so I have used it if you don't have you can apply little oil to small bowls and pour the mixture

  4. Bake it for 20-25 mins and your muffins are ready

  5. I have very small place in my pressure cooker so I have baked them in double decker method on top of 3 I have inverted the plate and arranged the other 3 for 1 cup of flour you will get nearly 10 muffins
