Easy Banana Muffins with Wheat Flour

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 3/4 cup Jaggery or sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts
  • 1.5 tablespoons Baking powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Baking soda
  • 1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

  1. Mash the bananas and mix all the ingredients using the cut and fold method. If the batter is thick, add up to 1/2 cup lukewarm milk.

  2. Preheat the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

  3. If you do not have silicon cups, apply a little oil to small bowls and pour the mixture into them.

  4. Bake in the pressure cooker for 20-25 minutes; your muffins are ready.

  5. For small pressure cookers, use a double decker method by inverting a plate and arranging the muffins on top to fit more.
