Dark Chocolate & Ginger, Pear & Avocado Smoothie Oats

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tbsp cacao
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • optional 1 tsp maca powder)
  • cook the above on the hob with
  • 50g oats
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • 1 tbsp flax
  • pinch sea salt
  • once warm and creamy, add the toppings!
  • toppings
  • mango (goes with chocolate like toast & butter in my opinion)
  • figs, berries, banana
  • coco yoghurt
  • puddle of @manilife_ pb
  • melty @doisyanddam dark choc
  • mixed seeds
  • cacao nibs
