Dark Chocolate & Ginger, Pear & Avocado Smoothie Oats
Ingredients
- 2 heaped tbsp cacao
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
- optional 1 tsp maca powder)
- cook the above on the hob with
- 50g oats
- 1 tbsp chia
- 1 tbsp flax
- pinch sea salt
- once warm and creamy, add the toppings!
- toppings
- mango (goes with chocolate like toast & butter in my opinion)
- figs, berries, banana
- coco yoghurt
- puddle of @manilife_ pb
- melty @doisyanddam dark choc
- mixed seeds
- cacao nibs
