Homemade Oreo Cheesecake Oats

Ingredients

Oreo cookie crumb

  • 20g oat flour (oats ground into a flour, @momafoods)
  • 1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2tsp natural sweetener granules (@natvialiving)
  • 1tsp maple syrup
  • 1tbsp unsweetened almond milk (@alpro)
  • Few drops vanilla extract

Porridge

  • 50g jumbo oats
  • 230ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1tsp chia seeds (@thechiaco)
  • 30g chic & nut vegan protein powder (@awesomesupps)
  • 30g dairy-free almond milk cream cheese (@nushfoods)

Toppings

  • Low cal chocolate syrup (@sweetfreedomuk)
  • Sliced banana
  • Dark chocolate (@lindtuk)
  • Oreo cookie crumble
  • Cacao nibs (@naturya)
  • Puffed quinoa

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Mix the Oreo cookie ingredients together and bake like a cookie for 12 minutes on a lined baking tray.

  3. Crumble once cooled.

  4. Cook the oats and stir in the protein powder and cream cheese.

  5. Top with the toppings.
