Oreo Cheesecake Oats

Ingredients

  • 20g oat flour (oats ground into a flour, @momafoods)
  • 1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2tsp natural sweetener granules (@natvialiving)
  • 1tsp maple syrup
  • 1tbsp unsweetened almond milk (@alpro)
  • few drops vanilla extract
  • 50g jumbo oats
  • 230ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 30g chic & nut vegan protein powder
  • 30g dairy-free almond milk cream cheese
  • low cal chocolate syrup
  • sliced banana
  • dark chocolate
  • oreo cookie crumble
  • cacao nibs
  • puffed quinoa

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix the Oreo cookie ingredients together and bake like a cookie for 12mins on a lined baking tray.

  2. Crumble once cooled.

  3. Cook the oats and stir in the protein powder and cream cheese. Top with the toppings
