Raspberry Lemon Baked Oat Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 c oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1/2 c cashew milk
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T maple syrup
- 1 T lemon zest
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t vanilla
- raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients (except raspberries)
Fold in raspberries
Bake at 400F for 25-30 min
