Healthy Oatmeal with Almond Butter and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 quest bar
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter

Optional additions

  • berries
  • cinnamon
  • protein powder
  • sugar-free dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix oats and water, then microwave for 1 minute.

  2. Add egg whites, microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds.

  3. Add quest bar and microwave for 30 seconds.

  4. Top with nut butter.

  5. Optionally, add berries, cinnamon, protein powder, or sugar-free dark chocolate as desired.
