Organic Spelt Banana Pancakes with Chocolate and Almonds
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of pink or sea salt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup of plant milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a large frying pan with a little oil.
Cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip and cook the other side.
These are super healthy and easy to make.
