Organic Spelt Banana Pancakes with Chocolate and Almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of spelt flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of pink or sea salt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of plant milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a large frying pan with a little oil.

  3. Cook until bubbles form on the top, then flip and cook the other side.

  4. These are super healthy and easy to make.
