Vegan Spelt Pancakes for Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups spelt flour
- 1/4 cup coconut blossom sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
Combine the dry and wet mixtures.
In a slightly greased pan, bake the pancakes until golden brown.
