Tahini Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 150 g spelt flour
  • 30 g almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 260-300 ml oat milk
  • 40 g chocolate chips
  • 1 banana
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix the liquid ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Mix in chocolate chips.

  2. Slice banana and heat a little oil in a large pan on medium-high heat.

  3. Add pancake batter to the pan and flip pancakes when bubbles start to form on top.
