Tahini Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Ingredients
- 150 g spelt flour
- 30 g almond flour
- 1 Tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 260-300 ml oat milk
- 40 g chocolate chips
- 1 banana
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix the liquid ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Mix in chocolate chips.
Slice banana and heat a little oil in a large pan on medium-high heat.
Add pancake batter to the pan and flip pancakes when bubbles start to form on top.
