Chocolate Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients
- 244g pumpkin puree
- 80ml agave nectar
- 100g manilife peanut butter
- 200g spelt flour
- 40g protein powder
- 100ml water
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
Leave to cool.
