Chocolate Peanut Butter Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

  • 244g pumpkin puree
  • 80ml agave nectar
  • 100g manilife peanut butter
  • 200g spelt flour
  • 40g protein powder
  • 100ml water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.

  2. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.

  3. Leave to cool.

  4. Enjoy!
