Fluffy Vegan Pancakes Two Ways

Ingredients

Dry

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet components

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 vanilla

Preparation

  1. Combine dry ingredients well.

  2. Combine wet ingredients then combine both wet and dry.

  3. Once blended allow to rest a few minutes.

  4. Scoop into pan and you will have perfectly fluffy pancakes by not blending again.
