Fluffy Vegan Pancakes Two Ways
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet components
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 vanilla
Preparation
Combine dry ingredients well.
Combine wet ingredients then combine both wet and dry.
Once blended allow to rest a few minutes.
Scoop into pan and you will have perfectly fluffy pancakes by not blending again.
