Vegan Pancakes with Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 Tbls baking powder
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 Tbl apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Toppings
- caramelized bananas
- raspberries
- blueberries
- cranberries
- blueberries
- maple syrup
Preparation
Combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Cook the batter on a hot greased griddle or frying pan until bubbles form and edges are set, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve with desired toppings.
