Vegan & Oil Free Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 60g bags of @unified_food
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Start by mashing bananas in a large bowl
Add chunky peanut butter, coconut nectar, vanilla extract, chia seeds, sea salt and, mix till well incorporated
Slowly, mix in @unified_food powder and mix until everything is well combined
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of cookie batter, scoop onto baking sheet and repeat until all of the batter is used up
Lightly, press down onto each cookie using the back of a fork for aesthetic purposes
Bake for 20 minutes
Let cookies rest on a cookie rack for 10 minutes before digging in
