Vegan & Oil Free Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 60g bags of @unified_food

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Start by mashing bananas in a large bowl

  3. Add chunky peanut butter, coconut nectar, vanilla extract, chia seeds, sea salt and, mix till well incorporated

  4. Slowly, mix in @unified_food powder and mix until everything is well combined

  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  6. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of cookie batter, scoop onto baking sheet and repeat until all of the batter is used up

  7. Lightly, press down onto each cookie using the back of a fork for aesthetic purposes

  8. Bake for 20 minutes

  9. Let cookies rest on a cookie rack for 10 minutes before digging in
