Low FODMAP Black and Green Salad

Ingredients

  • black rice
  • nori sheets
  • coriander
  • sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • avocado (max 1/8 slice)
  • coconut vinegar
  • lemon zest

Preparation

  1. Soak black rice in filtered water for at least 6 hours

  2. Cook the black rice until tender

  3. Combine all ingredients to assemble the salad
