Simple Student Friendly Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- leftover pasta (used edamame pasta)
- sun-dried tomatoes
- sweet paprika
- cherry tomatoes
- kidney beans
- pumpkin seeds
- provence spices
- hummus sauce
- fried mushroom
- red onion
Preparation
Cut pasta and veggies into smaller pieces.
Fry the chopped mushroom until browned.
Rinse kidney beans.
Make hummus sauce by adding 2 tbsp of hummus to a bowl with some water and stir.
Mix everything together and add toppings and spices.
