Sesame Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 packet noodles
  • 1/2 cup choy som, roughly chopped (steamed)
  • 1/4 cup shredded purple cabbages (optional)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp garlic chilli oil or sriracha
  • 2 tsp garlic flakes
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp hoi sin sauce

Preparation

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil, follow by adding the noodles and cook according to the package directions

  2. Mix together the soy sauce, tahini, garlic chilli oil, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and hoi sin sauce in a bowl and set aside

  3. Place the cooked noodles in a bowl and pour in the sauce mixture and toss well combine

  4. Lastly add in the steamed choy som and purple cabbages. Finally sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and garlic flakes and serve immediately
