Carrot oat breakfast
Ingredients
- 150g apple sauce
- 40g nut butter of choice
- 100 ml almond milk ( or other)
- 70g sugar/coconut sugar/xylit etc
- 100g oat flour
- 30g coconut flour ( or more oat flour)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 130g grated carrots (1-2 small-medium carrots)• fresh lemon peel (from 1/2 organic lemon)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well ( add carrots last)
Bake in a square form for 30-60 min (180°C/350°F upper- and lower heat) until it's golden brown.
For the frosting mix some vegan cream cheese (~100g) with 1-2 tbsp marple syrup or other syrup
