breakfest oats

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of chia
  • 2 tbsp of oats
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed and some cinnamon
  • almond milk and water
  • apple
  • blueberry compote
  • tahini and more cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mixed 2 tbsp of chia, 2 tbsp of oats, 1 tbsp of hemp seeds, 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed and some cinnamon with almond milk and water and let that sit for an hour

  2. Topped it with apple, blueberry compote (literally frozen blueberries heated up) tahini and more cinnamon
