I mixed 40 g rolled oats with 250 g of low fat yoghurt (you can use your favorite one)
1 tablespoon flaxseeds and 20 g of shredded coconut in a small container with a lid. I then put it in the fridge overnight to soften. This morning I transferred it to a bowl and topped it with some strawberries ❤️Easy but amazing breakfast! Do you like overnight
