Cherry Bakewell Baked Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 100ml milk (part a)
  • sucralose sweetner tablets (f)
  • tsp vanilla bean paste(0.5)
  • foodie_flavours cherry flavouring
  • asda moroccan almond extract
  • cooked on hob for around 30 minutes until thick and gloopy.
  • allow to fully cool before demoulding.
  • 4 tsp morello cherry compot (2)
  • tbsp natural fat free yogurt (f)
  • tbsp erythritol icing sugar (0.5)
  • Moroccan almond extract
  • 2 x Glacé cherries

Preparation

  1. Cooked on Hob for around 30 minutes until thick and gloopy

  2. Baked in sprayed silicone heart moulds for 25 minutes at 180c

  3. Allow to fully cool before demoulding

  4. Mixed together and placed on top of the compot

  5. Halved and placed on top cherry
