Decadent Chocolate Chia Pudding with Mint Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sugar-free cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar or preferred sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together very well until a homogeneous paste.
Serve in bowls and let set in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight.
For serving, add mint ice-cream, almond flakes, and edible rose petals.
