Creamy Golden Milk Chia Pudding with Berries
Ingredients
- 35 grams of chia seeds
- 150 ml oat milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. soy yogurt
- A handful of berries
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except yogurt and berries together and put it in a sealed container or jar.
Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, add the yogurt and berries and enjoy.
