Vegan White Chocolate Protein Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 250g pudding rice
  • 1 liter plant milk (such as oat milk)
  • sweetener of choice, e.g., Vanilla Flavedrops
  • optional: 40g protein powder with white chocolate flavor

Preparation

  1. Cook 250g pudding rice with 1 liter of plant milk for about 25 minutes until the rice absorbs all the milk and becomes creamy.

  2. Add a sweetener of your choice and optionally 40g of protein powder with white chocolate flavor.

  3. Top with desired toppings such as strawberries, peanut butter, puffed quinoa, nut chocolate cream, and raw chocolate bars with caramel filling.

  4. Serve the rice pudding cold or warm, as preferred.
