Cilantro Soya Chunks Biryani with Drumsticks Vadi Curry and Pomegranate

Ingredients

  • Basmati rice
  • soya chucks
  • cilantro
  • green chilies
  • oil
  • aram masala spices
  • ginger garlic paste

Preparation

  1. Soak Basmati rice for 30 mins , soak soya chucks in a separate bowl

  2. Clean and wash cilantro and make paste with some green chilies and keep it aside

  3. In a pot add oil and after it warms up add garam masala spices and sauté add ginger garlic paste

  4. Add the cilantro paste and sauté

  5. Strain water from soya chunks and add it to the pot and sauté

  6. Add rice and enough water to cook the rice and salt
