Energy Balls/granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 c oats
  • 2 c rice cereal
  • 1/3 c mini chocolate chips (or chop a chocolate bar into small pieces)
  • 1/3 c dried blueberries (or any dried fruit)
  • 1/3 c + 2 tbsp rice malt syrup (you could try maple syrup but it’s a lot more runny so maybe sub have of it with sugar or even nut butter if you have!)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and I molded them in some mini muffin tins but you could totally just roll them with your hands :)
