Detox Alkaline Green Salad
Ingredients
- carrots (shredded)
- baby spinach
- wild arugula
- radicchio
- Belgian endive
- watercress
- purple cabbage
- kale
- sauerkraut (fermented cabbage)
- pomegranate
- berries
- pepitas
- avocado
Dressing
- sauerkraut juice
- flax oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Massage the kale with flax oil.
Whisk together sauerkraut juice, flax oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Wash and prepare the vegetables as needed, such as ensuring carrots are shredded.
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
