Cba Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1/2 tin chickpeas
- 3 rashers bacon
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- white and black pepper
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 slices of your favourite bread
Preparation
In a pan, fry the bacon for a few minutes until crispy. Drain the chickpeas and mash roughly with a fork. Cut up the bacon into small pieces and add to the bowl with the chickpeas
Spoon in the mayo and season with pepper. This makes all the difference! Stir to combine everything
Slice the avo and layer everything between two slices of bread
