Ingredients

  • 1) drain and dry some tofu with a paper towel to squeeze any water out
  • 2) break it into small pieces into a pan and fry the tofu with a tbsp of olive oil for a few minutes
  • 3) then add a tsp of turmeric and a sprinkle of dried fennel and dried parsley - add salt and pepper and cook for a few more minutes
  • 4) add the tofu to a bowl and mix with a tbsp of vegan mayo
  • 5) put it in some bread! Done :) -
