Vegan Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 3 tablespoons of any vegan BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- salt to taste and bake it until crispy and that's it! For the guacamole
- you'll need 1 ripe avocado
- lime juice
- 1 garlic glove some red bell pepper chopped into little squares and salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mash those ingredients togheter to obtain the guac sauce to spread on one half of the sandwich! On the other half you just mash up some kidney beans and spread them over the bread half
