High Protein Oil Free Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • 3/4 tsp salt (go with himalayan or sea salt)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice or ACV (apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/2 tsp dry dill (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives (optional)

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients (except dill and chives) in blender on high speed for 30 seconds or so.

  2. Add dill and chives and enjoy!

  3. This dressing should be okay for 3 days in fridge.
