Ingredients
- 1 cup rinsed red lentils
- 3-1/2 to 4 cups water (or according to packet directions)
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 small diced yellow or red onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1-3/4 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- salt to taste
- 3/4 cup whole-wheat or all-purpose or gluten-free flour
