Meatball Curry


  • If you want a beautiful colour to your curry without adding lots of chilli powder
  • add some tomatoes instead; often canned tomatoes can be acidic so to balance the acidity add 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • honestly you won't be able to taste it in your curry but it makes a world of difference. I don't add more than 1/3 of a can as I find it takes over the taste of the spices otherwise
