Veganized Tuna Salad Sammy
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup garbanzo beans (aka chickpeas)
- 1/3 avocado
- 1-2 tablespoons stone ground mustard
- 1/2 lemon or 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Seasonings to taste: lemon pepper, paprika, and garlic salt
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mash together with a fork
Serve on sprouted rye bread with roasted broccoli and carrot sticks
