Acai Berry Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 cups of frozen berries (blueberries and raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen packet of acai berry puree
  • 1 spoonful pink pitaya powder

Toppings

  • Assorted toppings such as strawberry natural cane sugar, sliced almonds, berries, shredded coconut, granola, chia seeds, sliced banana, mint sprigs, etc.

Preparation

  1. Blend the almond milk, frozen banana, frozen berries, vanilla greek yogurt, acai berry puree, and pink pitaya powder until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the assorted toppings as desired
