Apple & Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apple sauce, frozen into ice cubes
- 1 cup riced cauliflower, frozen (or add a frozen banana)
- 2-3 dates
- 1 scoop of Salted Caramel Shake from 310 Nutrition
- 1/2 cup nut or oat milk (or use coconut milk frozen into ice cubes for a thicker consistency)
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- Pinch of pink sea salt
