Apple & Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup apple sauce, frozen into ice cubes
  • 1 cup riced cauliflower, frozen (or add a frozen banana)
  • 2-3 dates
  • 1 scoop of Salted Caramel Shake from 310 Nutrition
  • 1/2 cup nut or oat milk (or use coconut milk frozen into ice cubes for a thicker consistency)
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • Pinch of pink sea salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
