Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl with Compostable Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen peach slices
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1/4 cup frozen pitted cherries
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • Splashes of almond milk
  • Crumbled Lemongrass Cherry Matcha @livbar for topping 😋

Preparation

  1. Defrost frozen fruit for 10 minutes.

  2. Blend frozen fruit and almond milk together.

  3. Add small splashes of almond milk when blending to achieve the desired texture. (Approximately under 1/4 cup of almond milk)

  4. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

  5. Top with crumbled Lemongrass Cherry Matcha @livbar for an extra kick of flavor and texture.
