Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl with Compostable Topping
Ingredients
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/4 cup frozen mango cubes
- 1/4 cup frozen pitted cherries
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- Splashes of almond milk
- Crumbled Lemongrass Cherry Matcha @livbar for topping 😋
Preparation
Defrost frozen fruit for 10 minutes.
Blend frozen fruit and almond milk together.
Add small splashes of almond milk when blending to achieve the desired texture. (Approximately under 1/4 cup of almond milk)
Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
Top with crumbled Lemongrass Cherry Matcha @livbar for an extra kick of flavor and texture.
