Bone Strength Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 dates or figs
  • 5 brazilnuts
  • 2 small handfuls of kale
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • small handful of fresh parsley
  • 1 handful of sunflowerseeds
  • 2tsp of baobab powder
  • unsweetened almondmilk

Preparation

  1. Cover with unsweetened almondmilk

  2. Blitz until smooth & enjoy!
