Bone Strength Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 dates or figs
- 5 brazilnuts
- 2 small handfuls of kale
- juice of 1 lemon
- small handful of fresh parsley
- 1 handful of sunflowerseeds
- 2tsp of baobab powder
- unsweetened almondmilk
Preparation
Cover with unsweetened almondmilk
Blitz until smooth & enjoy!
