Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups plant milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract .
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup oatflakes.
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup plant milk. .
Preparation
For the chia pudding mix ingredients in a jar and allow to set for 1 hour in the fridge
For the smoothie blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more liquid if too thick
Layer up jars with smoothie, vegan yoghurt, chia pudding, passionfruit and peanut butter ✌
