Green Nettle Smoothie with Superfoods

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nettle leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp moringa powder
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp rice syrup
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • Pinch of vanilla

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
