Healthy Smoothie Oatmeal Bowl for Brunch

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chobani Greek yogurt
  • half a zucchini
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup Wyman's cherries and frozen fruit blend
  • some blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Quaker old fashioned oats
  • water
  • some McCormick cinnamon

Toppings

  • Cascadian Farm oat and honey granola
  • Sunbutter
  • berries
  • Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoothie ingredients together.

  2. Prepare the oats by cooking them with water and cinnamon.

  3. Assemble the bowl by adding the blended smoothie and topping with granola, sunbutter, berries, and chocolate chips.
