Oatmeal and Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • half a zucchini
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherries and frozen fruit blend
  • some blueberries

Oat

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • water
  • some cinnamon

Toppings

  • oat and honey granola
  • sunbutter
  • berries
  • semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoothie ingredients until smooth.

  2. Cook the oats with water and cinnamon.

  3. Assemble the smoothie bowl by combining the blended smoothie and cooked oats, then top with granola, sunbutter, berries, and chocolate chips.
