Healthy Vegan Salted Caramel Shake

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Sea salt flakes
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

Caramel drizzle

  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 big scoop of coconut cream (thick part in can)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings

  • Cacao nibs
  • Bananas

Preparation

  1. Blend the caramel drizzle ingredients until smooth

  2. Blend the shake ingredients until creamy

  3. Pour the shake into a glass, drizzle with caramel sauce, and top with cacao nibs and sliced bananas
