Healthy Vegan Salted Caramel Shake
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Sea salt flakes
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
Caramel drizzle
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 big scoop of coconut cream (thick part in can)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings
- Cacao nibs
- Bananas
Preparation
Blend the caramel drizzle ingredients until smooth
Blend the shake ingredients until creamy
Pour the shake into a glass, drizzle with caramel sauce, and top with cacao nibs and sliced bananas
