Vegan Panna Cotta with Mango and Berries

Ingredients

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 6 dates
  • tonka bean or vanilla
  • agar agar
  • mango puree
  • berries

Preparation

  1. Mix the coconut milk with the dates and the tonka bean until smooth

  2. Cook the mixture with one sachet of agar agar or less and let it simmer for about 5 minutes

  3. Pour the mixture into containers and let it firm up in the fridge for 2 hours

  4. Serve with mango sauce and berries
