Creamy Coconut and Oat Bircher
Ingredients
- Oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- 2 heaped spoonfuls coconut yoghurt
- Coconut milk
- Banana
- Berries
Preparation
Cook the oats with the ingredients, ensuring the mixture is not too thick.
Let the cooked oats cool.
Stir through additional coconut yoghurt.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl and add banana slices and berries.
Serve the dish. It can be eaten hot or prepared the night before for later consumption.
