Overnight Oats Turned into Seeded Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 heaped spoonfuls coconut yoghurt
- a handful of mixed seeds
- coconut milk (to cover)
Toppings
- roasted crunchy peanut butter
- blueberries
- toasted buck wheat
- pumpkin seeds
- banana
- coconut vegan chocolate
Preparation
Combine oats, coconut yoghurt, and mixed seeds.
Cover with coconut milk, stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, place the oat mixture in a pan.
Add a splash more milk and heat slowly, stirring regularly.
Spoon into a bowl and add the toppings: peanut butter, blueberries, toasted buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, banana, and coconut vegan chocolate.
