Overnight Oats Turned into Seeded Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 heaped spoonfuls coconut yoghurt
  • a handful of mixed seeds
  • coconut milk (to cover)

Toppings

  • roasted crunchy peanut butter
  • blueberries
  • toasted buck wheat
  • pumpkin seeds
  • banana
  • coconut vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, coconut yoghurt, and mixed seeds.

  2. Cover with coconut milk, stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, place the oat mixture in a pan.

  4. Add a splash more milk and heat slowly, stirring regularly.

  5. Spoon into a bowl and add the toppings: peanut butter, blueberries, toasted buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, banana, and coconut vegan chocolate.
