Nutty Peanut Butter Porridge with Blueberries and Bananas
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- splash of water
- 1 heaped tablespoon golden flaxseed
- 1 handful blueberries
- heaped spoonful of Nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder
Toppings
- bananas
- oil
- granola
- berries
- cacao nibs
- silky coconut chocolate
Preparation
Stir and cook the oats, coconut milk, water, flaxseed, and blueberries slowly.
Add a heaped spoonful of Nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder and a splash more liquid, then stir through.
Spoon the porridge into a bowl.
Fry the bananas in a pan with a touch of oil until hot.
Cover the porridge with the hot bananas and add granola, berries, cacao nibs, and coconut chocolate.
