Nutty Peanut Butter Porridge with Blueberries and Bananas

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • splash of water
  • 1 heaped tablespoon golden flaxseed
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • heaped spoonful of Nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder

Toppings

  • bananas
  • oil
  • granola
  • berries
  • cacao nibs
  • silky coconut chocolate

Preparation

  1. Stir and cook the oats, coconut milk, water, flaxseed, and blueberries slowly.

  2. Add a heaped spoonful of Nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder and a splash more liquid, then stir through.

  3. Spoon the porridge into a bowl.

  4. Fry the bananas in a pan with a touch of oil until hot.

  5. Cover the porridge with the hot bananas and add granola, berries, cacao nibs, and coconut chocolate.
