Blueberry Overnight Porridge with Almond Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • half a small pot almond blueberry yoghurt
  • a good handful of blueberries
  • almond milk (to just cover the oat mix)
  • additional 1 cup almond milk
  • heaped spoonful blueberry chia jam
  • more blueberries
  • bananas
  • granola
  • chunk of blueberry vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. Before bed, add 1 cup of oats, half a small pot of almond blueberry yoghurt, and a good handful of blueberries to a pan.

  2. Pour over almond milk to just cover the oat mix.

  3. Stir, cover, and set aside.

  4. In the morning, add a further cup of almond milk and a heaped spoonful of blueberry chia jam.

  5. Stir while heating the porridge until the oats are cooked.

  6. Once cooked, spoon into a bowl and add the rest of the yoghurt, more blueberries, sliced bananas, granola, and a crushed chunk of blueberry vegan chocolate.
