Blueberry Overnight Porridge with Almond Yoghurt
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- half a small pot almond blueberry yoghurt
- a good handful of blueberries
- almond milk (to just cover the oat mix)
- additional 1 cup almond milk
- heaped spoonful blueberry chia jam
- more blueberries
- bananas
- granola
- chunk of blueberry vegan chocolate
Preparation
Before bed, add 1 cup of oats, half a small pot of almond blueberry yoghurt, and a good handful of blueberries to a pan.
Pour over almond milk to just cover the oat mix.
Stir, cover, and set aside.
In the morning, add a further cup of almond milk and a heaped spoonful of blueberry chia jam.
Stir while heating the porridge until the oats are cooked.
Once cooked, spoon into a bowl and add the rest of the yoghurt, more blueberries, sliced bananas, granola, and a crushed chunk of blueberry vegan chocolate.
